This policy applies to Bangla Hero Keyboard (the complete evolution of Sworochokro Bangla Keyboard; Android app ID torunhero.bangla.keyboard) and to this website. The app is made by TorunHero Studio.
1. Key points
- The keyboard does not send or store what you type on our servers.
- We do not collect your name, phone number, email, location or contacts on our own. If you email us feedback yourself, we receive only what is in that email.
- Your themes, settings, clipboard history and premium status stay on your phone.
- Purchases go through Google Play; we do not receive your card or payment details.
- Rewarded ads are served by Google AdMob. We request them as non-personalized and keep the ad content rating restricted.
- We work for the online safety of children and teenagers, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
2. Who we are
Bangla Hero Keyboard and Sworochokro Bangla Keyboard are developed by TorunHero Studio. For any question about this policy, contact your-email@example.com.
3. What you type
As a keyboard, Bangla Hero processes your text. The wheel, Avro phonetic conversion and word suggestions run on your device. We do not send what you type, passwords, or the content of any field to our servers, we do not store it anywhere, and we do not share it with anyone.
4. Data stored on your device
To work properly, the app keeps some data only in your phone's storage (SharedPreferences):

None of this is sent to us.
5. Permissions
- Internet: to show ads and verify purchases on Google Play. Typing does not need the internet.
- Microphone: only when you use voice input, with your permission.
- Vibration (if applicable): for key-press feedback.
6. Voice input
When you use voice input, your phone's speech recognition service (usually Google's) converts your speech to text, under its own privacy policy. We do not record your audio or store it on our servers.
7. Purchases and subscriptions
Premium (lifetime) and subscriptions (1 month, 6 months, 1 year) are bought through Google Play Billing. Google handles payment, card and billing details; we do not receive them. We only learn which purchases are active on your Google account so we can unlock and restore premium. To cancel a subscription, go to Google Play > Payments & subscriptions.
8. Advertising
You can choose to watch rewarded ads to try premium themes. Ads are served by Google AdMob.
- We request non-personalized ads and keep the ad content rating restricted.
- Google may use some device information (such as advertising ID, IP address and device type) to serve ads, apply limits and prevent fraud. See Google's advertising policy.
- You can reset or delete your advertising ID in your phone's settings.
- If you own Premium, you do not need to watch trial ads.
9. AI features (if applicable)
If an AI-assisted feature is available in the app and you choose to use it, only the text you give to that feature may be sent to the relevant service provider for processing. Ordinary typing is never sent. The app will tell you before you use such a feature.
10. Reports and feedback
The app's "Report and feedback" screen opens your email app, and you can review everything before sending. If you send it, we receive your email address and message, and use them only to reply and improve the app. We do not sell or share them. Giving an email address is optional.
11. Children's privacy
We work for the online safety of children and teenagers. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The app does not require an account or login, and the ad content rating is kept restricted. Advice for parents: keep Google Play parental controls on for children's phones and require a password or biometrics for purchases. If a child's information reaches us by mistake, tell us at your-email@example.com and we will delete it.

13. Security
We keep as little data as possible. Data on your device stays in Android's app-private storage. No technology is 100% secure, so keep a screen lock and system updates on for your phone.
14. Your controls and rights
- Uninstalling the app or clearing its data removes everything stored on your device.
- You can delete clipboard items at any time.
- You can turn off the microphone permission in your phone's settings.
- If we hold any personal information about you (for example feedback sent by email), you can ask us to delete it: your-email@example.com.
15. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we will post the new version here with a new date. For major changes we will also tell you in the app.
